Google VS AdvertiseForFree.us

Wow, i just realized that my Google PR became 0 the other day. How can it be? From 3 to 0? The only reason I can think of is because the AdvertiseForFree.us Widget I installed in my site. So, does Google really turn my PR to 0 just because of that? Maybe they are losing profit so they are using dirty tricks? How come Google, one of the largest and known company, doing such dirty work? I know many are using Adwords but HEY!, not all have money to use such service that’s why they are finding some alternative right? Somebody tells me if I am doing ILLEGAL here then I’ll stop using AdvertiseForFree’s service.
