Other streaming videos just stealing bandwidth

I am just curious about streaming video sites but are not using their own servers. I am just pissed of when all of the streaming video sites I know (all are anime related) are just using Megavideo’s and Veoh’s link. But they are too slow when downloading even you have fast internet connection and with a chat from chatango that is adding so much traffic for the site itself. Adding up to this is they are asking for donations for just a little cost of the server. This is really too much.
