Linksys Settings for Ubuntu
Last time, I posted about Linksys Wireless Router Settings and because of many searches (like wireless router linksys WRT54G+ubuntu 8.04, linksys wrt54g with ubuntu, linksys setting in gutsy, etc…) about Linksys setting up with Ubuntu I will include a way to set it up.
The only thing you will do is to find the Physical Address of your Ubuntu system.
- First, open Applications > Accessories > Terminal
- At the terminal, type in
ifconfig - After printing, find the HWaddr and in it’s right side is the combination of the system’s Physical Address.
After you finish writing up the HWaddr then you can now go to the Linksys Setup Page.
